Age Verification and Responsible Retailing

It is illegal to sell nicotine vaping products or nicotine pouches to anyone under 18, or to buy them for someone under 18. We check age at every stage.

1. Website. Visitors must confirm they are 18 or over before entering the site.
2. Account. Every trade account is checked by a member of our team before prices and ordering are unlocked. We verify the business and may ask for ID from the account holder.
3. Delivery. Parcels are sent with an age-verified or signature service, and couriers may ask for photo ID. Parcels are not left unattended or with neighbours.
4. Refusals. We keep a refusals log and will close any account we believe is supplying under-18s.

What we expect from our trade customers. You must operate Challenge 25 or stricter in your own premises, train your staff, keep a refusals log, display the required age-of-sale notices, and follow any retail registration or licensing scheme introduced under the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026.

Products we do not sell. We do not sell single-use (disposable) vapes, banned in the UK since 1 June 2025, or any product that is not MHRA-notified. From 1 October 2026 we do not supply duty-liable vaping products without a valid vaping duty stamp, except eligible older stock during the transition period ending 31 March 2027.
